I stayed here with my partner at the start of November last year (2023), and from stepping into the front entry it was so quiet and clean. The reception people were lovely, the public spaces were open, roomy, and so clean, and having a nice coffee machine available 24/7 with actual decaf in there was a novelty for me! Our Nottingham casino apartment was just that - an apartment. Sitting area, kitchen and counter space, bedroom and bathroom, all spotless and really spacious. We used the gym as well, which did get a bit busy when 5 people were using it, but everyone was polite and the gym space was again very clean. I also used the free laundry room - after a day out in Birmingham during torrential rain I needed to dry my trainers as they were absolutely soaked through!

Hotel accommodation can be such a subjective affair as everyone has different tastes and expectations for what they need, but I simply cannot fault Staybridge Suites at all.
Staff were great but despite us being the only table they served (yes.. our 6 were the only people earing all night) they STILL messed up 4 dishes that were served. Defrosted fish tasted mushy, linguini was sent back. They need a new chef.
Rodents seem to be a problem exacerbated by discarded food and litter. It’s just disgusting. The prices of a number activities was a bit unreasonable and sometimes fair. This place and the people who love it is not for me.

Enjoy going here really friendly helpful staff. Sometimes you win sometimes you loose but anytime I have won anything it has been here. Nice food but a shame because they took out the machines I liked to play most on so I removed a star for that reason only.
Nice hotel and spa however, lamp was broken in the room on arrival and did not work. This wasn’t much of an issue as we used the wall lights and the tv. The hotel is in a nice location,there is plenty to do around there and the spa is nice just a shame we were unable to use the steam room as it was 11am and wasn’t ready at that time.
The club room gives you access too the club lounge for a few hours in the evening with complimentarily drinks and snacks available which was hosted by Nevin who is honestly a fantastic ambassador for your hotel providing great service . I also visited the hotel bar later in the evening and they make great cocktails. The breakfast was great provided in a beautiful surrounding with eggs cooked freshly . Vegetarian options are available too. And the breakfast staff really wanted you to enjoy your meal.
Great place to visit.... plenty of shops and places to eat & drink, we visited Las iguanas and there cocktails were yummy...
The manager is very nice and friendly. And there staff are very mannered. I love it there nice and cosy casino ???? clean and well presentable place. I've worked there as a security.
If it was raining we would have got very very wet!!!! But apart from that still an amazing location and lovely hotel.
All the staff are wonderful especially the two waiters, Agnieska. I hope they continue to improve in the future too, Good luck!
Price to stay is expensive, but it is a quality hotel. Parking is non-existent unfortunately but there are public car parks close by.
